State Street Kilkenny

Kilgallen and Partners provided Civil and Structural Engineering Services to State Street International (Ireland) Ltd. through the planning, detailed design, and delivery phases of their new 5,500sq.m state-of-the-art office and global cybersecurity centre in Kilkenny City. The building received LEED Gold certification for sustainability along with receiving the world leading Fitwel Healthy Building certification for integration of biodiversity elements and prioritisation of employee well-being.
