Dún Lia Residential Scheme, Thurles, Co. Tipperary

Kilgallen & Partners delivered the Civil and Structural Engineering design for the Dún Lia Residential Scheme in Thurles, Co. Tipperary; supporting the project from early design through to construction and handover.

The development completed the existing Dún Lia estate and provide secure, long-term, affordable accommodation for individuals and families on the Tipperary County Council housing list. The development includes a mix of two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom houses, as well as eight two-bedroom bungalows designed to meet accessibility needs, supporting older residents and wheelchair users.
