Kilgallen and Partners provided Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering services to Wisteria Developments Limited through the planning, design and construction phases of the Bishops Lough residential development at Loughmacask, Kilkenny.  The development comprises approximately 220 residential units, 2.2km of roads, associated site works and utilities.
