Robert Kelly is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 14 years experience in civil engineering in Ireland and the UK. He joined Kilgallen and Partners in 2022, having previously held senior positions with leading contractors. Robert has successfully delivered major projects across the infrastructure, energy, and building sectors for both public and private clients.

His experience includes work on highways, renewable energy projects, substations, housing developments, and active travel schemes. He holds a BE (Hons) in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin, is a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland , and brings a strong combination of technical expertise and project delivery capability to his leadership role within the firm.
