Niall O’Callaghan is a qualified Structural Engineer, a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland, and a Fellow of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland. He joined Kilgallen & Partners in 2000 and established the company’s Kilkenny office in 2009. He was appointed to the role of Regional Director in 2012 and subsequently appointed to the role Managing Director in 2025.

Niall’s Project Design and Management experience includes; Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Multi Storey Residential, Sport and Leisure Facilities, Large Industrial Facilities, Education and Public Buildings.
Niall manages Continuing Professional Development (CPD) within the practice having set up the practice’s Engineers Ireland CPD Accredited Training Programme in 2007.
